A picture named robbie.gifGotcha. Found at linkfilter. Women pose as underage girls in chatrooms and very quickly become involved in a chat. With certain people. They then forward the person's details to the Perverted Justice website. Brilliant.

This site targets pedophiles in regional chatrooms, then posts pictures, names and numbers (they ask that you call those numbers!), as well as the chat text.

ramsst69: ok please send it i'd like to see
lil_pink_princess_90: http://www.perverted-justice.com
lil_pink_princess_90: u there?
ramsst69: yes
ramsst69: whats that site??
lil_pink_princess_90: It's a site where people like me pose as underage girls, and then bust pervs like you who try to solicit us for sex. You might wanna bookmark it. Your name, telephone number, photo, and a transcript of this chatlog will appear on the front page within 24 hours.
lil_pink_princess_90: You're busted, shitbag.
lil_pink_princess_90: Got anything to say for yourself?

A picture named GRAVEYCF.jpgThe Vampire. The picture on the left shows the graveyard at Whitby Abbey, where Dracula attacks Lucy [photograph by Shari Hodges, 1997]. More photos of Whitby and Dracula paintings by Greg Hildebrandt are at Artwork and Photography Related to Dracula; you will also find a complete PowerPoint presentation about Gothic Literature there. Great. (Not PowerPoint though - I prefer keynote. PPT is horrible and most awkward to use.)

A picture named f-yellowsubmarine2.gifUnbelievable. What country am I living in? This is worse than the US! I can only hope those 'immigration officials' got fired.

'Tourists' fail Beatles quiz
Six Brazilians have been turned away by immigration officials at Heathrow Airport after failing a quiz about the Beatles.

Reports say immigration officials refused to let them into the UK when they failed to answer basic questions about the band. They apparently did not know who Yoko Ono was and thought Ringo Starr was dead. Via it&w.

A picture named clindoeil.jpgThe Best. Wonderful. I finally found him. The all-time great René Gruau, one of the best commercial illustrators around. The website comes in French and English.

A picture named jf-04.jpgPhotos of the Jewish Cemetery in Hamburg Altona.

A picture named luminar.jpgLuminarium. Wonderful resource of English Literature: Medieval, Renaissance and 17th Century.

This site combines three sites first created in 1996 to provide a starting point for students and enthusiasts of English Literature. Nothing replaces a quality library, but hopefully this site will help fill the needs of those who have not access to one. Via linkfilter.

A picture named tim.jpgEnter Tim Baggaley. Experienced left arm amputee actor and model. I met him tonight at the Princess Louise Pub at a party organised by The Recruitment Business. First of all, the party was great - Bernie, Ali, Zoe and who else was involved: Thanks, although our team scored bad in the quiz - but that was alone Sarah's fault. Second, I met Tim, and he's great. He even does battle scenes, because there's not much trouble with the special effects when a left arm has to be hacked off. If there's a film director out there - employ Tim. Now!
