Intranets in 2006
CIO magazine has a column 'Weigh In" with predictions for the coming year's intranet trends.
What you would expect: Ajax, Wikis, "plays well with others," user
experience matters and RSS among other things. I've thought user
experience does really matter. Not that you would waste anyone's time
with poor navigation or hidden content, but doing it to your own people
doesn't make sense. Wouldn't intranet be a wonderful to practice and
constantly improve?
