Another State Data Center Consolidation

Texas seeks proposals for data center consolidation. In an effort to cut costs and eliminate duplication of IT resources, the state of Texas is seeking proposals for a consolidation of its 31 data centers. The move reflects similar efforts in other states. --Computerworld News] For a while, State of Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Project Management Office (PMO) has had some useful project management resources on the public-facing web site.
