Added much needed features plus a number of bug fixes
1-Users can now add a new post from the browsing listings in a category page.
2-Navigation improved with a new menu bar. See it action at http://www.loquo.com/phorum/. Menu bar isn't right yet but since I'm not a designer, and have a bigger fish to fry, it'll have to wait a bit till we do the entire redesign of the site.
