Electronic Paper. Scientific American wrote about a report published in Nature magazine regarding a new electronic paper developed by scientists in the Netherlands. The electronic paper is capable of switching colors fast enough to show video. Electronic paper is a nifty technology with a lot of applications. GE is developing lighting wallpaper.
