Tony Nankervis' is showing some work at the Nora Eccles Harrison Museum.

I was fortunate to meet Tony when I was in Logan, attending Utah State University under John Neely.

We discussed how one's ability to throw ebbs and flows with the amount of work one does. Tony turned me on to the post production scraping and sanding that can highlight the beauty of a crusty woodfired pot.

He also personally verified that my soda kiln was the ugliest in the entire world. More on that later...
