Shadow Tiles Years ago,  I read about some folks that made tiles that would cast shadows.  They had a computer program that allowed them to design a group of tiles so that the shadows would form a picture. It was pretty cool.  They had a picture of the side of a building with 20 foot picture of someone's face done in shadows.  I think they could even make it so that the picture would correctly form only on a specific date. I little Google work didn't bring up anything.  If anyone has more info, I'd love to see it. As a consolation prize:  I did find a site that held a designer tile competition.  Some neat-o ideas at designboom.
