My suggestion to you is don't send your ezine out on Monday morning! About 3/4 of the ezines I subscribe to arrive then. Guess what? My mailbox fills too full too fast, so things start bouncing. (You do a Monday morning mailing and get a lot of bounces, I'll bet your timing is a large part of your problem.) And what of the 30 or so ezines that do actually get through? I end up skimming and deleting most of them because I just plain can't spend my whole day doing nothing but reading ezines. And of course saving them for later is out because of the space issue again. All in all, if you pick pretty much any other day of the week to send me your ezine, I'm a lot more likely to actually read it thoroughly.
