Just a couple minutes ago I used SpamCop to report the weekly spam I get from some company that seems to have gotten the idea that I need heavy construction equipment. But now SpamCop seems to have vanished—both the web server and the news server seem to be down. (Since I don't use the mail server there, couldn't tell you about that one.) Usually outages are short—but usually only one server is down at a time...
