Microsoft kneecapped Sun
The legal battles with Microsoft goes on with every man and his dog seeming to be taking them to court rather than getting on with the reall business of finding new marketings and making it happen in existing markets. Is this really what we as consumers want, sure Microsoft may be given the lession that some people think they deserve but what is going to happen to our industry while everyone is busy in court and not pushing them selves and there companies forward.

It's Friday :) for the weekend, James Bond movie and a day of christmas shopping (yuck!). Note to self: Must find a christmas tree that's not 3 foot or 8 foot tall.
