IBM for Rational or will Microsoft step in
Been hearing this on a few blogs about IBM buying Rational and rumor that Microsoft may get out bid them. The report further states that Microsoft are rumored to be buying Borland. A lot of people will ask questions about this, what will happen to JBuilder and Delphi for example.
Delphi would I suspect become a .NET language (a roadmap for Borland anyway) and a part of the VS enviroment. I would think that Microsoft may sell off the Java portion of Borland, possible buyers....Macromedia maybe :)
