This is pretty interesting:

Ruling in Australia May Have Big Impact on Web News Sites. The ruling that an article published online by Dow Jones was subject to Australian libel law could set a precedent for other cases. By Reuters. [New York Times: Technology]

I guess we may all have to be very careful of what we say if this case goes through.  I am sure there are certain parties in Iraq that will watch this case very closely.

On another note:

Could what the following story hints toward actually come to be, or is it just propaganda to help Microsoft win its lawsuit with SUN?   (MS:  "See, we are vulnerable to other products, at least those that seem to work well....")
