Guardian: "The Attorney General Lord Goldsmith has dismissed as 'ridiculous' claims he instructed Army bosses to ignore the Human Rights Act when dealing with Iraqi prisoners.
Lord Goldsmith said 'high standards' were enforced over the treatment of detainees in Iraq, and he said soldiers were bound by British criminal law and the Geneva Convention."
But the way the West does business all over the world, I am thinking of arms trade mainly, is proof enough that human rights has not much to do with it.
The Genocide Group keeps genocide alive.
