WashingtonPost: "President Bush said the public's decision to reelect him was a ratification of his approach toward Iraq and that there was no reason to hold any administration officials accountable for mistakes or misjudgments in prewar planning or managing the violent aftermath."
No, it was not a decision of the American people; your victory, George, was concocted by the meanest of propaganda and some heavy fiddling with electronic voting machines. All right, some 50 million Americans are really dumb when they condone a tyrant, but the majority is against you, George; they don't have to apologize, you should apologize. You got your support from the corporations and the connivance of the mainstream press, who cowardly refused to expose your scam.
Now we know what to expect the next four years. Just a sample:
Guardian: "American special forces have been on the ground inside Iran scouting for US air strike targets for suspected nuclear weapons sites, according to the renowned US investigative journalist Seymour Hersh."
Just this week, Bush ruled out expanding the military.
I wonder, George, are you being paid by Al Qaeda for your trouble to ruin America? Why do you hate the American people so much?
