Ananova: "Police in Germany are hunting pranksters who have been sticking miniature US flags into piles of dog poo in public parks."
This could have been a hoax, but it most probably isn't. I don't think it is illegal to flag a turd. It might be illegal to leave poo on the premises. I have always wanted to start a campaign against dog poo by sticking Dutch flags on dog turds (never had the nerve to do it, though). Dogs really are a nuisance in the parks. We don't need signs telling us to keep off the lawns, no one will do that because the risk of stepping into dog poo is too great.
Anyway, it's a great action. Join the fun and start your own campaign.
