EUObserver: "Speaking before the Dutch parliament on Tuesday, the Dutch foreign minister Bernard Bot said that Ms Rice had 'not been able to give a satisfactory answer' to European concerns over CIA operations."
CommonDreams: "The robust defense of rendition offered yesterday by the secretary of state, Condoleezza Rice, marks the export to a European audience of a position on torture that is becoming increasingly uncomfortable for the Bush administration."
The questions Condoleezza must answer.
Independent: "Assurances by Condoleezza Rice, the US Secretary of State, that America did not send detainees abroad for torture were dismissed last night by a cross-party group of MPs as 'beyond belief'."
"The American Civil Liberties Union will file a lawsuit today against former CIA director George Tenet and three American contractors challenging the CIA's abduction of a foreign national for detention and interrogation in a secret overseas prison, RAW STORY has learned."
"If it's not torture, then it's OK to use it on Cheney.
