Scotsman: "A Dutch businessman was given a 15-year prison sentence yesterday after he was found guilty of complicity in war crimes for selling chemicals to Saddam Hussein's Iraq which were used to carry out gas attacks."
The distressing thing about this all is that a sale like this could probably not have taken place without the connivance of the Dutch Foreign Office (export licences are required), the governments or the secret services of both the Netherlands and the USA.
