Sorry for the radio silence.

I've been working full throttle over the past several weeks on helping diagnose and resolve a number of issues in a sophisticated BC4J-based web application at one of our customers in Switzerland. The application they've built has a really slick Struts/JSP-based wizard/step-by-step browser user interface, supports end-users opening multiple browser windows to have several "workflows" going at once, and is making deep use of our BC4J framework features, which was great to see.

I'll be starting the regular blog postings again this week as life gets a little more back to normal, and likely use as material the many tips I passed on to this customer after reviewing their application architecture and answering a number of their technical questions about best practices.

Happy New Year.
