Sure. In addition to working excellently against an Oracle database, you can develop BC4J-based applications that work against DB2 and SQLServer as well. In theory, any well-behaved SQL92-compliant database should work for which you have a JDBC driver, but DB2 and SQLServer and OracleLite are the three other databases that we test against besides the main Oracle database.
