Leaving the code nicer than I found it.

Found an interesting technology today that helps streamline development for widgets: cell phones, PDAs etc. The link is:

http://mobiledev.speedware.com/product/key_features/

I've been looking for something like this since I found out about phone emulators yesterday while studying XML. For what they're worth, emulators will save money for the small pockets developer. Broad hardware compatability is what alpha programs are for.

Mobildev is a wireless dev environment. I don't know how long it has been out. It has a number of simulators bundled in with the editor, etc, which is cool. The wizard is too good to be true - it probably has gobs of bugs but you can tell the company has their heart in the right place. I need to look into whether mobildev supports any high level languages.

Overall it seems like the wireless development utilities are there for the taking: a great set of tools looking for a killer app.
