From Shannon: Hey cool~Happy Valentines Day! Some of you may remember the Stephen Stills song "Love The One You're With", and with that in mind I want to say I think that is perfect advice. Whoever you find yourself in the midst of today, send love, demonstrate love, be loving. It can be a silent expression, vocal, physical, whatever the imagination or circumstance allows. But basically, that's who you're with, standing next to, talking with, glaring at, whatever. Just love them, just for a moment. That's what we all have to give, and to receive.
