One last thing~ in my bio on the website I forgot (due no doubt to a purple haze all in my brain) to mention that Seattle is the hometown of Jimi Hendrix. He went to my high school, Garfield, before I went there, and even showed up at an assembly one day. I'm certain he would rather not rest in peace, being the revolutionary that he was, so I'll just say I'm curious what music he would have gone on to create had he lived a little longer.

(shannon) I have been thinking of my recent drive south from Seattle to So Cal, and how MANY rivers there are to cross in Oregon. Jimmy Cliff must have been there. Very beautiful terrain, so pastoral. And then there are the multifaceted looming views of Mount Shasta a little further south, before you reach the long flat stretch of the San Joaquin Valley, complete with the 'eau de farmland' olfactory ambience. That valley takes so much time to traverse that my companion and I had plenty of time to consider the possibilities of internet radio, being an internet DJ, the freedom of programming in that venue ~ I mean, it's global, local and everything in between. What a cool connection. Change of careers anyone?

OK...so the credits on The Wonderground ARE a little small, and unless you are ten years old they are unreadable. As a friend said, he sent his copy off to NASA to decipher the code!!! So we could post them on our website for you to peruse, and I'm leaving that to George to take care of.
