Geez! I shoulda known something was up. Chris Barrus' weblog, A Joshua Tree in Every Pot has been silent for several weeks--last entry that he was switching over to Movable Type. Well, I waited and waited and still, nothing. I know Chris is a busy guy, but he'd never gone that long without posting. I've been meaning to check in with him to find out what's up.
Somewhere in the mix, I missed the signal. It was only through noticing a referal from a new page of his that I saw something was up. Chris' MT blog has being going strong for the last few weeks, just at a different address.
So, if anyone of you used to check out Chris' site, but got lost like me--or if you've never stopped by (how many folks read this who don't read his?)--once again, here's the new link:

Just wandered upon another interesting looking blog. Works well in a Counterspin Central sort of way. It's called Needlenose and I think it's worth some of your time.
Visually, it has a clean, white display, a snappy logo, and no(!) external links -- blogroll or otherwise -- outside of entries.
Here's an example post that covers what a number of us grouse about, but presented in a simple, clear manner, with well-chose supportive links.
