Call for release of five cyber-dissidents (Reporters Without Borders)

Reporters Without Borders today urged the Chinese authorities to release five jailed cyber-dissidents, four of whom are already serving prison sentences of between eight and 10 years for alleged subversion.

Nanjin announces exceptions that allow having a second child for those who have a handicapped child, are disabled police or soldiers. Most importantly, for couples that are both Only-Child. People can now adopt first and have another child. We remember the desperate needs of children's Sunday Schools. Almost all House Churches have no such programs and turn away children.
