Friday Midwives and doctors are on trial for a massive baby smuggling in the poorest Guangxi province. Girl babies were bought for $24 and then sold in cities for 10 times more. "People don't take the girls home or abandon them at the hospitals." We are purchased with a great price through Jesus. Let us pray for the millions of abandoned girls and their adopting foreign families.

CHINESE HOUSE CHURCH CHRISTIAN RELEASED (ANS)
Mr. Xiao Bi-guang, "an advocate of the house-church Christians in China," has been released from prison and has returned to his home in Beijing, amid international pressure, a religious rights watchdog said Thursday October 30.
