i can't believe how ridicously hard it is to buy a cordless electric lawnmower - a lawnmower that is good for the enviroment that is cordless, no gas, no oil, no emission, no cord to run over, cordless - you'd think I was asking for something from year 2020 or something? I know they make them. I used to have one. And why the hell do they make corded ones anyways, doesn't that sound dangerous - run over the cord and get electrocuted? Although they do make a cute robo mower and if I could afford 1900.00 for one, maybe I'd buy that one except I did want some exercise with mowing the lawn.
Home Depot tried to sell me two different corded homelite brands - I did some research last night, homelite website and address is not existent and I've never heard of the brand - I won't buy something that doesn't exist.
I called 6 different home depots and all had the same response - yes, we have one, oh wait a minute, no, we only have corded ones. I didn't ask for a corded one, what is the point of a corded lawnmower. I want one that I can charge and then use cordless! I called Sears and I asked, do you have cordless lawn mowers, his answer was yes, then I asked are you sure cordless? he put me on hold and came back, oh I'm sorry, we don't sell cordless. Lowe's doesn't sell them, Osh doesn't sell them.
I finally order bought one online from Home Depot and now it will take 6-14 days to arrive, I'm sure my grass will be much higher by then. Instant gratification not in the cards today :)
What I don't get is why doesn't home depot have a database of where their product is located? Why must one call every single store and get put on hold for 20-30 minutes and then get stupid people on the phone who have no idea what you want? Why don't they have a database of where all their product is located? Why do we scan product out if its not used for anything?
