I've started a new weight loss program, exercise, MBTs (which I'll give a review about soon) and the South Beach Diet. My goal is to lose 46.5 lbs. I had a reality check a few weeks ago, I've overweight - ugh. I don't see that when I look in the mirror and I don't feel like a fat person inside, in some twisted way I thought I was about average but nooo, I am overweight and its needs to change...so here we go, shedding those additional 46.5 lbs
