New To The Internet and Computers?  Get Some Computer Help!

I think everyone assumes that other people are just as skilled online as they themselves are.  This is not the case.  Every single day there are thousands of people who come online for the first time.  Are you taking the time to help these people out?  If not, you are costing yourself lots of cash.

Build an area of your site just for beginners who need some computer and online lingo help.  Link to it with something like "Start here if you don't understand what the hell I'm talking about."  Take the time to explain the things you take for granted like autoresponders, email filters, redirects, and any other technology related to your product or service.

If people don't understand your product or service, there is zero chance that they will buy it!

If you are new to the Internet and the whole computer thing (everyone calls you a newbie), take the time to learn more about your computer than just emailing your friends and playing games.  You spent a lot of money on your new computer, and the things you can do with it are limitless.  Learn how to use programs such as word processors, spreadsheets, photo software, and even a webcam.  Find some online tutorials that will walk you step-by-step through anything you don't understand.  Who knows, you may even start an online business!
