The Best RSS Reader Available Today
I love RSS...
I read everything I can get my hands on, and RSS saves me a couple of hours each day by sending the things I want to read TO ME automatically. I have hundreds of RSS subscriptions, and reading all of that material would take forever if I had to manually go to each site and look up the new content.
I've tried dozens of RSS readers, and the one that I like the best is Bloglines.
Bloglines stores all of your RSS feeds online so that you can access them from any computer in the world! I just finished moving all of my subscriptions to their site, and you should too.
While you're there, make sure to add the feed for this site to your Bloglines subscriptions...

How To Take Advantage Of RSS Technology
A good strategy to keep your websites updated automatically is to use RSS feeds.
Just locate a feed that is related to your site topic and insert it into your pages using an RSS to HTML converter. Whenever the feed is updated, your site will be updated as well - providing fresh content to the search engine spiders.
Where do you find these feeds?
You can either create them yourself (the BEST way to do it, IF you're a good writer), or use someone else's feeds.
To locate feeds related to any subject you can think of, use this search in Google:
inurl:rss YourKeyword
For example, to find RSS feeds related to heart disease, do this search in Google:
inurl:rss "heart disease"
Google will return a huge list of feeds that you can use!
Now that you have your list of feeds, how in the heck do you convert the RSS into HTML so that the SE spiders can "see" the content on your pages?
The easiest way I have found to do this is to use Jeff Alderson's newest product - "RSS Equalizer".
RSS Equalizer gives you a VERY easy way to find feeds, convert them into useable code, and insert that code into your web pages. Amazingly, a simple line of code inserted into your sites will provide a constant flow of FRESH, NEW content for you - all on autopilot.
