I very nearly threw away my Google AdSense check today - I had it right over the trash can along with the rest of the junk mail when something in the back of my mind made me open the envelope.  The envelope is much different this month than in prior months -- it's oversize (about 6 x 8), plain white with no clear "window" on the front, and there are no Google markings on the outside.  The return address is Bufffalo, NY and the postmark is also NY. 

Hopefully the direct deposit will kick in next month to avoid additional confusion, but in the meantime be sure to carefully read through your mail -- other people have thrown out thousands of dollars in the last few days and now have to contact Google to get their checks re-issued!
