I was listening to the Dead Air Crew podcast from yesterday. They dissed Shahrum Amiri really heavily. I decided to record a response, and will post it after I make it a little more interesting. That was their biggest beef against some of the promos making their way onto Openpodcast.org. They are promos and not whole shows. Me being a latecomer to the game, accepted this as being the 'purpose' of Opendpodcast. Aychbe Negative's massacre of 1913 podcast running at 45 minutes is almost always the first thing I dump when I haven't unsubscribed from Openpodcast. Whole shows are not all they cracked up to be, and now Dead Air Crew are in the minority of people posting whole podcasts, irregardless of their attempts to make it a good show. Nein and Tim ought to grow up a little, and accept that things are changing in the Podcast world, and more people are entering the arena with a wider range of interests, some which may be 'different' from theirs. Nobody likes old-timers complaining how things are changing.
