Something new from the folks at Google.  Search Google without leaving your desktop with the Google Desk Bar.  This is interesting, it does a nifty little popup window with the results.  Let's see if it as useful as the Google Explorer Bar which is awesome at popup blocking.

My parents were in town this week and in honour of their arrival we celebrated an early and also a belated Thanksgiving Dinner.  I missed Canadian Thanksgiving Dinner up at my parents house and will be away for the upcoming American one.  One of the advantages of being a Canadian married to an American is that we celebrate both the American and Canadian dates.

The week has been great!   I've been getting caught up on sleep and of course my gaming.  I picked up both Tiger Woods Golf and the Grand Theft Auto Double Pack for my XBox.   Tiger Woods is awesome and I catch myself thinking that the planes flying overhead are in my neighborhood and coming from the Television set.  Golf on the XBox is so relaxing.  So after I few rounds of golf I fired up Grand Theft Auto.  I had to see what the fuss was all about it. I'll be honest though although this game is fun there is no way this game is coming out when my four year old is awake.  I really like though how the guys at Rock Star seem to merge a movie/storyline into game play.   This is the future of entertainment!

I picked up a new truck last month and have been itching to begin tweaking with it.  The truck is a Chevrolet Silverado Extended Cab.   It is great for hauling bark up to suburbia, but it needs personality.  My plan is to drop it 2 inches front and rear and replace factory rims with some 20" customs.  Jessie James from West Coast Choppers fame has the wheels I want, but it will be sometime before I can justify these babies.   I am going to keep looking for something similar, but more reasonably priced.

So this week I kept things within by budget by installing a Billet Grill from Carriage Works and also tinted the windows out.  I am really happy how the grill turned out, very nice lines.

I'll keep researching on the wheels and if you see any good deals on wheels, let me know.

Tomorrow is Dad daughter day as I am taking my little one off to Brother Bear.  Great comeback for the ultimate hosers.
