I bet you $100. My pal Ned Batchelder points to "Words and Expressions Commonly Misused." When I read that I was hoping to see my favorite misused expression.  Before you look it up, on the honor system, now. What does the expression: "that begs the question ..." Mean? Don't look it up! What does it mean? My other pal glennm is the only person I've ever met who knew the answer (including me.) Which begs the question, is the definition in the dictionary correct if everyone gets it wrong?
