Being in a customer-facing role, I do get a lot of suggestions.  I'm working to find a systematic way to get these suggestions that go beyond an e-mail...

Ever talk to folks that you just feel the urge to tell them everything?  There's not many people that you really should.  Maybe not any...small filters, big filters...
