In warm-amazement at the nice washing of a soul that unexpected kind words can do.  I'm quite lucky. And in my ever quest to improve my life and the lives of those around me, I'm happy to feel like I've made some very positive forward motion lately.  Plenty of room to keep going, but nice to not feel like I'm just spinning my wheels. 7:31:15 PM

Tubing is awesome.  The water was down this year, compared to last, but it was still a good time and lots of good floating.  I didn't apply enough sunscreen though...I didn't put any on my legs, so the tops are lobster red.  Ouch!  My arms, however, seem mostly quite tan...so without clothes on, I look pretty comical with all the many colors!!! It was good to catch up with some of my friends too.  5:52:54 PM
