I'm starting a business book club at work. I sent an e-mail to all staff and was half-expecting to get zero responses. Currently we're up to 12 members! Yay!
The list I sent out of possible books was:
Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap... and Others Don't by Jim Collins Now, Discover Your Strengths by Marcus Buckingham Blink : The Power of Thinking Without Thinking by Malcolm Gladwell The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable by Patrick M. Lencioni Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done by Larry Bossidy QBQ! The Question Behind the Question: Practicing Personal Accountability in Work and in Life by John G. Miller
If anyone else has any ideas, let me know!
