Forge Bikes Customer service

I just bought a (new) bike on Ebay -- a good deal, not a high end bike but not bad, available for pickup locally. All was well until I got it home and assembled and found out that it was missing two small parts (the brake "noodle" and "boot" for the front brake for those that know about linear pull brakes).

So I phoned the support number at www.forgebikes.com -- no problem sir -- we will send out the parts by mail today. This for a bike that I don't think is even sold in Canada, was purchased as an open box item from an ebay seller. If only every customer support experience could be so good.

Update: December 3 -- got a little package in the mail today with the missing parts -- all is well.
