Just wanted to say something positive about Lowepro customer service. I am an owner and user of a number of Lowepro camera products and have nothing bad to say about any of them. Recently I lost one of the attachment straps for my Voyager C camera strap (great product by the way) and was disappointed when the local distributor said that no parts were available for sale. The only recourse seemed to be throwing the remaining pieces away. The support person though had something to ease my disappointment -- would it be ok if she just shipped a brand new strap to me for free.
My second recent very postitive experience with top quality customer support.
