Resumption of DPRK food aid but to fewer people. [Radio Australia]
Six months after expelling international aid agencies from the country, North Korea has agreed to accept food aid. That decision has left the door open for the U.N. World Food Program to resume its operations. The WFP has hailed the deal as a breakthrough although it has had to compromise on the size of the new aid program. It says the reduction will leave millions of people hungry.
