Examine, if you will, the ECE section (73) of the document on Upper Hutt released by the Ministry:

"The options developed in this submission would not impact directly on any current Early Childhood Education facility as none of the proposed merging schools share a site with an ECE centre."

This is not correct. Pinehaven Playcentre is located fair and square on Pinehaven School Land. If the Ministry can't even get basic facts correct, what credence can we grant the rest of the document?
