Info on Sewage Spills Hard to Find

Sewage spills cause hundreds of thousands of Americans to get sick every year -- but no consistent laws or regs require them to be publicly reported. A House bill would change that. Meanwhile, reporters can dig through reports on beach closures, fish advisories, and boil-water warnings. Full story.
