WV Supreme Court to Decide on Release of DuPont Documents

West Virginia's Supreme Court is slated to decide for a second time whether the public should see documents by DuPont Co. lawyers about the company's liability for pollution from the chemical C8.

C8, also known as perfluorooctanoic acid or PFOA, goes into manufacture of Teflon.
