Scalia Apologizes; Says He Will Allow Print Reporters to Record

 

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has written a letter of apology to the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, saying federal marshalls should not have erased a recording of a speech he made in Hattiesburg, MS, April 7. Scalia also said he will revise his policy in order to allow print reporters to make audio recordings of his public speeches. RCFP Release.
