Mid-Week Mountain Bike Madness
What better way to see yourself through the middle of the working week than doing a mountain bike race. The Adelaide Mountain Bike
club hold a "Fast and Furious" summer racing series at Flinders
Uni. I don't know that I was either fast or furious, but it
certainly was fun. Being a warm day (mid 30s celcius), the 3 laps
and 50+ minutes of riding felt like a lot more.
The ensuing post race discussions allowed me to to duly claim the crash
of the day amongst my riding mates, after taking on a tree (and losing)
and cart wheeling down a gully.
Ride on.
