FISH OIL TABLETS FOR ARTHRITIS? YES! Scientists have discovered why a diet high in oily fish may help improve inflammatory conditions such as arthritis. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/4325679.stm
But if you can't - or don't want to - eat two or three portions of oily fish a week, take 1,500mg fish oil capsules a day, researchers advise.
Warning: To avoid potential problems with mercury intoxication, make certain your fish oil tablets are 'certified mercury free'. Don't take chances.
Here's what your fish oil pill manufacturer should be willing to guarantee: http://www.healthsavers.info/ProdMoreInfo/FishOils.htm

Severe Doctor Shortage by 2020 May Increase US Lifespan Huh? Oh say it's not true... Sad to say, research shows the more doctors, the higher the death rate.. One possibility of why medical care may increase death rates is the large number of adverse events associated with it. The report mentions a 1995 study in which close to 17 percent of 14,000 hospital admissions were associated with an adverse event. Of those, 51 percent were considered preventable, in close to 14 percent the disability was permanent and in almost 5 percent the patient died. And a shocking report from the Institute of Medicine showed showed medical mistakes are a common and potentially life-threatening risk. Current estimates are that medical mistakes kill 100,000 Americans a year.
