Actually it is silly. What difference could it make to the terrorists which demopublican clone wins the election? I know Kerry has promised to send at least 40,000 more troops to Iraq but does anyone seriously believe Bush is not?

I can see americans terrorising the Coalition by insisting on verifiable election results but the arabs who just want the Coalition out would only benefit by free fair and open american elections. According to the polls they believe the majority of americans are opposed to the war and their govts actions in the middle east.

Now if that majority can only manage to get its voice heard in November. Looks like once again the ones who would benefit most from a terrorist attack are the demopublicans. Can't have trials or elections now! Don't you know there is a war?

As if we did not have elections during the first two world wars. A govt that can not prove its right to govern by consent of the people in free fair open and verifiable elections has no right to govern at all according to the founding documents of this nation.

I guess this election is all about whether that nation still endures. Has the last of the old Constitution been swept away?

Kerry the internationalist! I was actually surprised when the people at the gate for the Kerry event refused to allow me to carry my 3'X 5' North Carolina flag inside their perimeter.

At first I thought perhaps it was the flimsy stick I was using to hang it on. But no they would not allow it in even if I left the stick outside. I think he wants international control of more than Iraq.

I knew they would not allow troops to fly the US flag in Iraq but I never suspected Kerry would object to flying the North Carolina flag on the campus of North Carolina State.

Things may be worse than I suspected.

Here is a link to a picture of the offending flag. It may take a bit of time to load and the picture of me with flag is the last one so wait for it. But there is a nice report on the libertarian presence.
