Summer Days and the Living is Easy
It's been a lazy Sunday around the Binger household. We've had brunch - a potato omelette (a tapas staple in Spain), some caribou sausages and a blueberry crisp. I've also done a bit of housework, but apart from that it's been a pretty relaxing day. Joe is in the back yard removing a large stump (we're slowly getting rid of the unwelcome poplar trees in our yard) and I'm about to curl up on the deck with a book. The boys are off at their guitar lessons and Iris is with a friend. When they all find their way home we'll stick some moose ribs on the barbeque. Add a salad and that will be dinner. I love summer.
