On the famous Caminito Street in La Boca
This is the pretty side of La Boca. It's also the poorest part of BA, with a slum area that rivals anything I saw in India.
Meanwhile, in the Recoleta Barrio, where BA's wealthiest citizens live, there are many beautiful parks with statues such as this one, Floralis Generica, whose giant metal petals close up at 8 p.m. and open again at 8 a.m.
