This story in the The Age explains how a man was pulled over and tested for drugs. First he tested positive for methamphetamine, which he denied ever using, then a second test showed that he recently used marijuana, which he also denied. More sophisticated tests are planned to see who's right.
However it turns out, there's plenty of reasons to be skeptical of such tests.
