Texas lawmaker proposes marijuana decrim According to an AP story,
State Rep. Harold Dutton tells WOAI Radio in San Antonio that his bill would make possession of less than one ounce of marijuana a Class C misdemeanor. That's the equivalent of a traffic ticket.
I should note I found this link through the Lone Star Times blog, which isn't impressed at all.
